Terms for subscription access to our application.

These Terms describe the general conditions under which CHAPTER ZERO TECH LIMITED provides access to its AI-enabled content creation application. By subscribing to the app, you agree to these Terms.

This is starter business policy text and should be reviewed by the company owner or legal adviser before the website is submitted to Stripe or used with clients.

1. Services

CHAPTER ZERO TECH LIMITED provides a subscription-based AI content creation platform for small businesses, creators, and service providers. The app helps users create social media posts, comment replies, content ideas, persona reports, and marketing copy based on their brand voice and business profile.

2. Subscription plans and access

The app is provided through recurring subscription plans. Monthly access is HKD 700 per month. Annual access is HKD 7,000 per year. Access is made available immediately after successful subscription payment and account setup, subject to normal platform availability.

3. Fees, renewal, and payment

Subscription fees are charged in Hong Kong dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Online payments may be processed securely by providers such as Stripe.

4. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate account, billing, and contact information.
Ensuring they have the rights to enter, upload, or process any data used with the app.
Using the app in accordance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account access.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription to stop future automatic renewal. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid.

6. Intellectual property and data

CHAPTER ZERO TECH LIMITED retains ownership of the application, software, product design, technology, content workflows, and related intellectual property. Users retain responsibility for the business data and content they provide through the app, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations

The app may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting services, payment processors, data quality, and user adoption. CHAPTER ZERO TECH LIMITED does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, audience growth, business results, or uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
