Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds are handled.

CHAPTER ZERO TECH LIMITED provides subscription access to an AI-enabled content creation application. This policy explains automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds for monthly and annual subscriptions.

This is starter business policy text and should be reviewed by the company owner or legal adviser before the website is submitted to Stripe or used with clients.

1. Subscription access

Monthly subscription access is HKD 700 per month. Annual subscription access is HKD 7,000 per year. Access to the app is provided immediately after successful subscription payment and account setup, subject to normal platform availability.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless the user cancels before the next renewal date. Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not want to continue the subscription.

3. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription to stop future automatic renewal. When a subscription is cancelled, the user can continue using the app until the end of the current paid subscription period.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not refund the current monthly or annual subscription fee. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.
